The most valuable lessons I've gained on my journey are self-awareness and self-love. I've learned to cultivate a healthy relationship with myself and tap into my inner power. Now, I share the tools that helped me rewire my mind, shift my beliefs, and rebuild my life.

 

My purpose emerged through a wild journey of healing and self-discovery, starting when I lost myself in toxic relationships and unhealed traumas. For years, I brushed off red flags, mistaking control for love - a deeply ingrained belief from my past - and numbed myself to escape the pain. Hitting rock bottom finally pushed me to face the truth and end the cycle of self-doubt and low self-worth.

 

From there, I took charge, dove into personal development, and rewrote my life script with the help of transformative programs like the Personal Empowerment Program (PEP) and Transformational Coaching Method. I learned that real love isn't about control, and my worth isn’t defined by others' expectations. This journey sparked a purpose within me, leading to my certification as a Domestic Violence Counselor Advocate and a Health & Transformational Life Coach. Now, my mission is to empower and uplift women by sharing the tools that transformed my life. Through mentorship and creating supportive spaces, I guide others in stepping into their power, because when you commit to inner work, the magic happens. I’m here to bring that transformation glow-up to you!

 

I currently serve as the Mentoring Director for the Rose Bowl Institute Women's Empowerment Mentorship Program, empowering young women to reach their full potential.

 

Additionally, as a Community Director for EM/POWEREDbyWMN, I'm focused on empowering women in business and expanding our community beyond the Bay Area!
