Nikki Frechette

The most valuable lessons I've gained on my journey are self-awareness and self-love. I've learned to cultivate a healthy relationship with myself and tap into my inner power. Now, I share the tools that helped me rewire my mind, shift my beliefs, and rebuild my life.

 

I'm Nikki Frechette and for over two decades, I struggled with low self-worth and a victimhood mindset. After my divorce in 2016, a spiritual awakening led me to seek mentorship and personal growth, which transformed my life. I became a certified Transformational Life Coach and Domestic Violence Counselor Advocate. I broke free from a toxic cycle of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and now enjoy a healthy, loving relationship with myself and my partner. 

 

I currently serve as the Mentoring Director for the Rose Bowl Institute Women's Empowerment Mentorship Program, empowering young women to reach their full potential. Additionally, as a Community Director for EM/POWEREDbyWMN, I'm focused on empowering women in business and expanding our community beyond the Bay Area!

 

My personal journey has shown me how to overcome imposter syndrome and low self-worth. The mentorship I've received has propelled me into a life I once dreamed of, and now, I'm passionate about helping others achieve their highest success and potential.
